Programming, process optimisation and you?
As an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for application development, you will develop and programme company-specific software. You will test the existing applications, modify them, improve them and develop user interfaces according to the application. Moreover, you will also have the option to participate in apprenticeship projects with technological trends and their potential uses. Interaction with users, providing support in case of questions about software and gaining insights into the company processes involved are key practical aspects while working at the company. During your three-year apprenticeship, you will visit the Commercial School in Bad Mergentheim once or twice a week.

- Working together with various IT teams on exciting IT projects
- Development of innovative industrial business process solutions in national and international environment
- Practical experiences in the SAP system programming and our ERP system in Microsoft .NET environment (ABAP OO, CDS, RAP, ASP.NET, C#, T-SQL, WinForms, WPF and Blazor)
- Insights into specialist departments like Logistics and Sales for business process optimisation
- Personal development through individualised guidance throughout the apprenticeship
- Independent contribution to diverse apprenticeship projects
- Transparent assessment system with regular feedback discussions
