From Code to Career: Application process for your permanent position

You can submit your application directly via our online application system . Please combine your resume and relevant certificates into one document (max. size 10 MB). You also have the option to upload 5 additional documents . Upon successfully submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.

After receiving your application documents, we will check them and provide you a response at the earliest – usually within 2-3 weeks.

At the beginning of the application process, we would like to get to know you via a telephonic conversation of 15-20 minutes. You will also get the opportunity to ask us questions. As an alternative to a telephone interview (depending on the role or requirements), we will send you an invite to a video interview via e-mail. In this format, you can also record your answers to our questions independent of time and location. Usually, there are four to five questions with two minutes each for preparation and answering.
You will receive additional information about the process and scope of the video interview from us in advance.

If the introductory interview goes well, then you will have the option to get to know the work as well as the team .

In the second interview, we reflect on your trial work day, answer any open questions that you might have and also talk about a possible job opportunity. You will receive a final decision from us in this conversation.
