Since my degree programme, Würth Industrie Service has been guiding me consistently – sometimes closely, sometimes from a distance, but always connected. After I completed my high school diploma, I studied Business Administration (Trade), with specialisation in inventory management and logistics, and in 2015, started working on IT-related projects in Logistics.
I have gathered a lot of experience through international SAP implementations, external consultations and various roles. I resumed working full time at Würth Industrie Service in 2023 – mainly because of its culture: freedom to try out new things, taking up responsibility and growing together.
Along with my professional development, I also fulfilled my personal dream and completed training to become a pilot. The top-down perspective, clear workflows and taking responsibility also shape the way I work.
I work in the international SAP projects team as a consultant for logistics processes. My core task is the interface between the specialist departments and development. I receive requirements, analyse processes and translate them into functioning SAP solutions that can be implemented globally.
I guide the projects through all phases – from the scoping phase to implementation and testing to go-live. Depending on the project, I either work closely with technology or am more involved in project management.
I work in an international interdisciplinary team with close interaction beyond the boundaries of modules or countries. What connects us is the pragmatic teamwork and the common aspiration to create solutions that really work in the daily life.
My first big highlight was an SAP implementation project in the USA: multiple locations, intense go-live phases and abundant learning – professional as well as personal!The open culture around mistakes in our team helped me grow quickly and taught me to take responsibility.
