In 2019, I started with a dual study programme in Business Informatics at Würth Industrie Service. I have been a part of the SAP team since the completion of my course. Directly after completing my apprenticeship, I was able to complete internal training to become a trainee supervisor. As someone starting out in my career, I have a good rapport with the trainees.
In addition to national responsibilities, I also have international responsibility, which was not particularly important to me at the beginning, but it is now very exciting. The widespread nature of the SAP system offers many opportunities to experience new technologies and developments. I face challenges almost every day, take on a great deal of responsibility, and the work is very varied.
My area of responsibility is mainly in Business Informatics, including analysis, conceptual design and process development, as well as backend development. I work extensively with interfaces, particularly in materials management, purchasing and goods receipt.
We are a truly diverse team with different age groups, levels of professional experience and backgrounds.
I like that the team as a whole, I genuinely feel appreciated and comfortable. I like the fact that communication here takes place on an equal footing. As an apprentice, I had many opportunities to take part in exciting events and exchange ideas with others.
At the beginning of my studies, I found it somewhat difficult to keep up. Thanks to the comprehensive support and strong sense of teamwork within my team, I ultimately succeeded in graduating with a very good Bachelor’s degree result. My team taught me a great deal at the time and genuinely supported me throughout.
